  • It’s an art cabin on wheels, ready for any celebration! Our art cart is filled with all the art supplies and materials for your chosen project, ready for your celebration.

  • We’re currently able to roll our Art Cart to Valley Park in Hermosa Beach. Be sure to contact the Hermosa Beach Facilities and Recreation department to ensure availability for your proposed event date, before you “Book Your Gathering” with Hello Yellow pARTy Co.

  • Depending on your theme, we’ll pair it with the perfect craft for your guests. It may be painting and making your own stamps, decorating a birdhouse, cardboard robots adorned with beads and found treasures - the sky’s the limit!

    If you have an idea in mind or would just like some guidance, select our “Custom Design” option for your theme and we’ll dream up all of the details together.

  • Our Hello Yellow Art Cart, set-up to accommodate up to 12 makers, all art supplies and materials, tables and seating, guided art project + time to create, a creative campfire circle with an added mini craft (or sensory play for our littlest makers), and clean-up of the Art Cart.

    We’ll quietly roll out after the last masterpiece is completed.

  • Hello Yellow parties are designed around group size and a love of making things by hand. We offer suggested time based on age ranges of your guests. Our littlest makers will have a simple project + sensory play at our creative campfire circle. Our older makers will gather with a larger group for a more detailed project + a creative campfire circle activity. Pricing Options

  • All of our gatherings are thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8-12 makers, offering a relaxed pace with gentle guidance throughout their project.

    Just can’t shorten the guest list? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, if possible and if space allows.

  • Gratuity is not included in gathering price but is always greatly appreciated. If you and your guests enjoyed the experience, tips are a wonderful way to show your appreciation! We just hope your guests have as much fun creating as have making their day extra special.

  • Weather is always unpredictable…even in sunny California! In the event of rain or stormy weather, we’ll do our best to reschedule your celebration for an alternate day - depending on the Art Cart availability. We’ll always be in touch leading up to your celebration.

Celebration Policies & Guidelines

    Hello Yellow Party Co brings our cozy little traveling art studio to parks and homes so children can gather, create, and celebrate together.

    Our goal is to create a warm and joyful space where children can explore, create, and take home something they’re proud of.

    The following guidelines help keep every gathering smooth, safe, and full of creativity.

  • Booking Your Party

    To reserve your celebration date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of your booking. The date for your celebration is secured once the deposit is received and availability is confirmed. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your gathering date.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Deposits are non-refundable. We totally understand that life happens…if plans change and you cancel more than 7 days before your celebration date, your deposit may be applied toward a new date within 60 days, based on availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for credit.

  • Outdoor & Park Gatherings

    We love celebrating outdoors. For park celebrations, the host is responsible for securing any required permits, tables, seating, and selecting a safe, level space for the activity. A shaded or covered area is always helpful.

  • Weather

    Even in sunny California, the weather forecast can be unpredictable. If rain or severe weather prevents an outdoor celebration, a backup plan is always in place. We’ll do our best to either move locations or reschedule within 60 days, if availability allows.

  • Set-Up + Clean-Up

    We arrive about 45 minutes before the party to set up our art cart, activity tables and creative campfire circle. We kindly ask that you ensure the setup area is accessible and safe.

    Following our guided project, we will clean-up our space, pack up our art cart, and roll out.

  • Creative Materials

    We use non-toxic, child-friendly materials, where we are able. We also use a variety of materials, such as (but not limited to): glue, paints, markers, clay, beads, scissors, hot glue, etc. We’ll do our best to ensure everyone’s safety throughout the project, but please be aware that accidents can happen.

    Art is exploratory and can be delightfully messy. We’ll do our best to limit the mess by providing aprons, but we recommend children come wearing play clothes - just to be safe.

  • Supervision

    While Hello Yellow Party Co. provides guidance throughout the art project, children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult.

    We love when everyone is excited to create, but everyone shall be respectful, helpful, and inclusive to all makers who are participating - sharing materials, supplies, and being safe while creating.

  • Allergies

    Some materials may contain common craft ingredients such as adhesives, pigments, or wheat-based modeling materials. Please notify us of any allergies that your guests have, at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Photography

    We love our gatherings and all of the unique project creations, so we may want to share our celebrations with others. Photos of artwork or activity setups may occasionally be used for promotional purposes. We will never photograph children’s faces without parental permission. You always have the opportunity to opt out of any photography at your gathering.

  • Liability + Insurance

    Participation in art activities involves the use of creative materials and tools. By booking a celebration, the host accepts responsibility for supervising guests and releases Hello Yellow Party Co from liability for injuries or allergic reactions during the activity.

    Hello Yellow Party Co maintains general liability insurance for any hosted events.

  • Gatherings + Guests

    All of our Hello Yellow gatherings include our signature Art Cart, complete with all of the materials and supplies for your projects. For maximum creativity time, we can accommodate up to 8-12 makers with our included gathering options.

    If you prefer a larger gathering, your venue or private home must be able to accommodate your guests with appropriate tables + seating. Each additional guest is an added cost. We’d love to accommodate all of your extra makers, if we’re able.
